1930s Craftsman

The exterior of this house had been sprayed with a stucco texture.  The cedar shake underneath was unsalvageable.  The basement windows had been coated, as well as all of the window trim, frames and mullions.  We removed all of the siding and window trim, replacing it with lap siding and shake.  We replaced the belly-band and water-table, which had at some point been removed.  We also replaced the basement door and cleaned up the front stairs.  We carefully stripped the window and door frames, window mullions and other delicate trim peices before repainting the entire house.

Before
