Single Story Addition with Attic

These homeowners simply needed more space.  THI added two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and attic storage.  Construction included extensive groundwork and retaining wall due to groundwater.  On the other corner of the house, THI added a set of french doors and constructed a small wrap around porch for some additional out-door living space. 

Inside, the attic was made more useable as storage space by including a pull down stair.
