Two Story Addition

With a growing family, these homeowners needed more living space, as well as a larger kitchen.  This two story addition included a master bedroom suite, an additional upstairs bathroom and laundry area, a large kitchen, dining room and family room.  The home was also updated with new electrical service, on-demand tankless water heater and new energy efficient gas furnace.  This home was featured in the 2008 Master Builders Association Remodeled Kitchen & Bath Tour.
